Mark Oselski is a gifted pianist and composer whose music transcends genres, blending classical virtuosity with contemporary sensibilities. Born in Moldova with an innate passion for music, Mark began playing the piano at the age of five, quickly demonstrating exceptional skill and a special gift from above.
Over the years, he has refined his artistry through rigorous training, performances at prestigious venues, and collaborations with renowned artists such as Andrey Zhilikhovsky (baritone), Walle Larsson (saxophone), Dennis Pachkevich (saxophone, flute), Constantin Moscovich (pan flute), Brio Sonores (vocal quartet), and many others.
Today, among many projects, Mark is one of the founders and leaders of the famous Christian music band NOT AN IDOL. As the band’s musical director, his mission is to share through music a message of hope, forgiveness, and salvation in Jesus.
As a composer, Mark’s works reflect a deep emotional range, incorporating lush harmonies, intricate counterpoint, and dynamic phrasing. His compositions span orchestral works, chamber pieces, and solo piano pieces, all distinguished by their ability to convey complex emotions with remarkable clarity.
